Phinch Limited was established in 2019 by Rachel Finch who set out to provide tax compliance and high-level advisory services to both UK citizens and US expats living in the UK., Rachel handed over the reins in July 2023 to David Parmenter and Seb Hassan-Ally. Our focus since then has been in creating exceptional client service using the latest technology and processes. David and Seb oversee the day-to-day workflow assisted by a highly skilled wider team which includes Bivitha Ramakrishnan as our resident US Enrolled Agent.
